WHAT SAFETY PRECAUSTIONS WILL BE TAKEN?
Our campus will be safely secured during the 3 days of YTH CON by our HopeFront safety team. All individuals 18+ who are not registered as students are required to have passed a background check before being allowed into areas of the campus where YTH CON activities are taking place.
WHAT ARE THE MEDICATION PROTOCOLS?
Your student’s health and safety is of the utmost importance to our team. To that end, HopeFront Church refrains from administering medication to minors unless there are special or serious conditions that necessitate it. HopeFront will consider assisting in administering medication only with parental consent, and when it is deemed absolutely necessary to give the medication, as prescribed by a physician, during the hours a student is attending a HopeFront event.
The HopeFront Medical Team can only give medications that are lifesaving and used for emergency purposes such as rescue inhalers or EpiPens. Daily, routine and "as needed" oral medications cannot be dispensed by HopeFront staff or Dream Team. If you have any questions, please email yth@hopefront.com.
