The Vision

Legacy is an ongoing church-wide initiative to increase our faith, enlarge our hearts, and open space to continue reaching people and providing real hope for Eastern North Carolina and beyond. The expansion need is $3.5M and every contribution matters. Together, we can leave a legacy that will impact generations!

The Legacy vision flows out of the vision we have had since we first started at Cleveland Elementary School in 1998 which is to provide Real Hope for Real People in a Real World. It’s all about life change! God hasn’t called us to just do church services and church programs – He’s called us to make a difference! Our community and region look different because HopeFront Church is here.

Buildings don’t reach people, people reach people. Buildings are simply a tool to fulfill what God has called us to do. But tools are important! Buildings facilitate the presence and the power of the Holy Spirit. They provide environments for people to get connected, to live out their purpose, and most importantly a place where hurting people can find hope!

We pray you will go all in as we pursue what God has called us to do. The generations coming behind us are counting on it. Together, we can change the world!

The 4 Phases

Children & Students

Phase 1
We plan to re-model our HopeFront Kids and YTH spaces for
an even more impactful and engaging experience. By
updating this space, we desire to:

  • Create a more comfortable experience for our families
and an even more welcoming space for our guests.
  • Make renovations in the Multi-Purpose Center (MPC)
to make more space for classrooms for HopeFront Kids.
  • Create a space for our HopeFront YTH Ministry to use for
small groups, monthly YTH nights, and other events.

Celebration

Phase 2
With the goal of helping more people encounter and know God, we plan to enhance our Sunday morning experience. By remodeling our Worship Center we will:

  • Make updates to our overall design
  • Create strategic space with seating changes
  • Upgrade our stage, sound, and lighting

Community

Phase 3
Through updating our community spaces, we desire to
help create meaningful connections and fellowship. Specifically we plan to:

  • Refresh the lobby and hallway environments
  • Make upgrades to the Cafe and Conference Center

Campuses

Phase 4
Our heart is to reach hurting people and help them find
hope - not only in Johnston County, but throughout our
state. By extending our reach and developing campuses in Eastern North Carolina, we believe we will be creating even greater potential for reaching those that are distant from God.
