Summer Blast FAQ

1. What safety protocols are in place?
Your child's safety is of the utmost importance to us!  Each adult on campus will have secured a background check. Bathrooms are gender specific and adults on campus will never be alone with a child in the bathroom. We will have certified medical staff on site to administer medication or make emergency decisions if needed. Our trained security team will be present at all hours.
2. What happens if I lose my tag for pick up?
You may either show a picture of your security tag to the leaders at the door or simply visit our Check-In Kiosk. There you will need to show a picture ID where they will match the information to your child’s account and reprint your security tag.
3. Can someone other than myself drop off/pick up my child?
Yes, we require that anyone dropping off or picking up a child be 18 years or older. If the person dropping off the child is different from the person picking up the child, send them a picture of the security tag to show us at pick-up. If they don't have a tag or a picture of it, we will call the parent on the child's account to confirm they are approved to pickup your child. If they are listed as an emergency contact, we will allow them to pickup your child.
4. What about meals and snacks?
Friday night we will have pizza, chips and lemonade for dinner and Saturday, we will have pretzels and marshmallows for our snack. Water will be provided throughout the day. If your child has allergies, please pack their meal or snack, and we will set it aside for them.
5. What if my child needs to take medicine or has an emergency?
A licensed medical staff will be on campus at all times. At the time of check in, you will be able to check your child's medication in to our nurse.
6. Can my child bring their cell phone?
Our goal is that your child has the absolute BEST time encountering God and building community with friends. Because of this, we’re asking that your child does not bring his or her cell phone. Our kids team will have their phones should the need arise.
